Working of Wet Spray Tower Scrubber

The dust laden exhaust air enters the bottom air intake of the Spray scrubber through the air intake. Here, the hydraulically atomized wash liquid droplets collide with the incoming gas and collide with the particles. Here, some water-soluble pollutants are absorbed by the spray droplets. The vigorous scrubbing here removes and stops untreated contamination from escaping. In the final section of the scrubber, the particulate matter is collected. As it enters the cyclone section, the remaining particles that escape are collected due to centrifugal action and most of the liquid droplets in the gas. Dust particles are collected in the sump. The cleaning gas is discharged through the top of the scrubber. When the type of exhaust gas is more complex, activated carbon adsorption equipment can be added after the Spray scrubber to improve the efficiency of exhaust gas purification.
