Description of ammonia scrubber

Ammonia scrubber has been used in waste gas purification as a spray absorption device. It develops the concept of fluidized bed into vapor-liquid mass transfer equipment, so that the packing in the scrubber is in a fluidized state, so that the mass transfer process can be enhanced. Its characteristics are: high gas velocity, large processing capacity, light weight of the tower, relatively uniform vapor-liquid distribution, and not easy to be blocked by solid and viscous materials. In particular, due to the strong turbulence in the tower, the mass and energy transfer are strengthened, so that the tower diameter and the tower height can be greatly reduced. The tower handles a large amount of air, the air velocity of the empty tower is 1.5~6.0m/s, the spray density is 20~110m3/(m2·h), and the pressure loss is 1500~3800Pa. The mist device uses the centrifugal force to remove the mist by causing the gas to pass through the tray to generate a rotating motion. The mist removal efficiency can reach 98%-99%, and the structure is simple and the pressure drop is small.

The ammonia scrubber has a good purification treatment effect for various corrosive gases, and can effectively remove hydrogen chloride gas (HCl), hydrogen fluoride gas (HF), ammonia (NH3), sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4), chromic acid mist (CrO3), cyanide Hydrogen acid gas (HCN), alkali vapor (NaOH), hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S), formalin (HCHO) and other water-soluble gases. The ammonia scrubber has high purification efficiency, simple operation and management, and long service life. The acid-base waste gas after purification treatment meets the national emission standards.

This equipment is divided into single tower body and double tower body. It adopts a circular tower body and is connected in sections by flanges. Specifically, it is composed of a liquid storage tank, a tower body, an air inlet section, a spray layer, a packing layer, a swirling defogging layer, an inspection window, and an air outlet.

Scope of application

 Oil refineries, rubber plants, leather factories, printing plants, chemical plants, Chinese and Western medicine plants, metal foundries, plastic recycling plants, spray solvents, food processing plants, meat processing plants, slaughterhouses, poultry feed plants, paper mills, sewage Purification and treatment of organic and inorganic waste gas from treatment plants and garbage transfer stations.

1. The flow rate design of the scrubber needs to be designed according to the nature of the exhaust gas and actual application requirements. The general design rules are as follows:

       ① For cyanide-containing waste gas, V is 0.3-0.6m/s, and the residence time is 8-10s;

       ② For waste gas containing chromium, V is 0.3-0.6m/s, and the residence time is 9-12s;

       ③ For ammonia-containing waste gas, V is 0.3-0.6m/s, and the residence time is 7-12s;

       ④ Acid waste gas (HCl, sulfuric acid mist), V is 1m/s, and the residence time is 5-6s;

       ⑤ For exhaust gas containing NOX, the V is 0.3-0.6m/s, and the residence time is 8-10s;

       ⑥ For waste gas containing HF, V is 0.3-0.6m/s, and residence time is 9-12s (packed tower is not suitable, fluoride is mostly insoluble or insoluble matter, which is easy to cause blockage, usually cyclonic plate tower or empty tower);

       ⑦ Dust-containing gas (for dust removal as the main purpose), adopt horizontal scrubber, V is 0.8-1.0m/s, and residence time is 3-4s;

       ⑧ Organic waste gas (dissolved in water, acid or alkali and can be removed by strengthening agent), V is 0.4-0.6m/s, and the residence time is 8-12s;
