The chemical plant waste gas spray tower is a packed tower to purify the waste gas, which can well remove the peculiar smell and harmful substances in the waste gas gas. PP material waste gas spray tower equipment is produced with different raw materials according to the type of waste gas. Generally, stainless steel, carbon steel, PP board, glass fiber reinforced plastic, etc. are used.

The working principle of the waste gas spray tower equipment in chemical plants: the dust-laden gas and black smoke exhaust gas enters the bottom cone of the waste gas purification tower through the smoke pipe, and the smoke and dust are washed by the water bath. A part of the dust particles move with the gas and combine with the impacting water mist and the circulating spray water to further fully mix in the main body. At this time, the dust particles in the dust-laden gas are captured by the water, and the dust and water paths are centrifuged or filtered. When it is separated, it flows into the circulation pool through the tower wall due to gravity, and the purified gas is discharged out. The waste water is regularly removed and transported out of the sediment in the circulating pool. The spray exhaust gas purification tower has the advantages of high purification power, good corrosion resistance, light weight, high specific strength, small footprint, and large waste gas treatment capacity.

The main operation mode of acid-base waste gas treatment (spray tower) is to continuously acid mist waste gas by the wind.

The pipe is introduced into the purification tower, and after passing through the packing layer, the exhaust gas and the absorbing liquid undergo a gas-liquid two-phase full contact absorption and neutralization reaction. The absorption liquid is pressurized by the water pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed down at the top of the tower, and finally refluxed to the bottom of the tower for recycling. The purified acid mist exhaust gas meets and is lower than the emission requirements of the national emission standard.

standard discharge.

Acid-base waste gas treatment tower (spray tower) has the following characteristics:

1. The exhaust gas is purified by the packed tower, which is suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent exhaust gas;

2. The process is simple, the management, operation and maintenance are quite convenient and concise, and it will not cause any impact on the production of the workshop;

3. It has a wide range of applications and can purify a variety of pollutants at the same time; 4. The pressure drop is low, the operation flexibility is large, and it has good demisting performance;

5. The washing tower can be made of PP polypropylene/stainless steel and other materials according to the actual situation;

6. The packing adopts high-efficiency, low-resistance Pall ring, which can completely remove odor and harmful substances in the gas.

7. The design of industrial waste gas treatment is well-designed, and the waste gas is purified and filtered layer by layer. The effect is good, and the removal rate can be as high as 94%.

Scope of application: It is widely used in the purification and treatment of acid and alkaline waste gas discharged in the process of chemical industry, electronics, metallurgy, electroplating, textile (chemical fiber), food, machinery manufacturing and other industries. Such as seasoning food, acid making, pickling, electroplating, electrolysis, storage battery, etc.
