The spray liquid is sprayed onto the packing from the top of the tower through the liquid distributor, and flows down along the surface of the packing. When the liquid moves down the packing layer, sometimes wall flow phenomenon occurs. Therefore, the packing layer in the exhaust gas purification equipment of the wet scrubber is divided into two sections, and a redistribution device is set in the middle, and after redistribution, it is sprayed onto the lower layer of packing.
In order to prevent the gas from carrying the spray liquid, the gas-water separator at the top of the tower can effectively intercept the spray liquid. The spray liquid is recycled, and part of it will be lost during use. The circulating water tank at the bottom of the tower should replenish the spray liquid.
