1. Working temperature, PP board is -20 ~ 120℃, PE board is -40 ~ 70℃, so you must understand the working temperature before choosing the required board.

2. Acid and alkali resistance, PP sheets are generally low-concentration acids and alkalis, acids with a concentration below 35%, alkalis below 40%, and most organic and inorganic solvents; strong oxidizing acids, alkalis, organic and inorganic Solvents, including most high-concentration acids and alkalis, need to be filled with PE plates in the container. Without instrument detection, it is difficult to distinguish with the naked eye. The HDPE board of the same specification is heavier, but lighter than water, so it is difficult to distinguish it from the appearance. The easiest way to distinguish is to ignite and smell. PP plastic sheet has an oily smell, and PE sheet has a candle smell.

When the working environment can be used, it is recommended to use PP board, which is non-toxic and tasteless. Among the choices of LDPE board, HDPE board and PP plastic board, LDPE board has the shortest service time. LDPE board is similar to PP plastic board. The cost of PE board is higher than that of PP board. It is recommended to use PP board.
