Structure
The structure of PP gas scrubber is summarized as: defogging layer, spray layer, filler layer, transparent window, liquid storage tank, and water pump.
principle
The chemical gas enters the scrubber from the bottom of the scrubber, is sent into the intake space by the blower, and then rises evenly and flows into the packing absorption section. The packing layer is filled with polyhedral balls or Raschig rings to increase the contact neps of the exhaust gas with water. The pollutants in the exhaust gas can chemically react with the water, and the chemical substances will be absorbed by the water. As the absorption liquid of the filler layer flows down to the liquid storage tank, the exhaust gas that is not fully absorbed will rise to the spray layer and will be fully reacted by the high-speed spray water droplets.
