The electric air control valve is used as a gas medium to adjust the flow or cut off the dust in the dusty cold air or hot air gas pipeline of the ventilation and environmental protection projects in the hardware, chemical, building materials, power station, glass, waste gas treatment, and other industries.

The electric air volume control valve is composed of an electric actuator and a valve body. An electric butterfly valve is usually composed of a quarter-stroke electric actuator (0～90° partial rotation) and the butterfly valve as a whole through mechanical connection. The active mode is classified into the on-off type and regulating type, and the latter two. Generally, a straight thread electric actuator (0～100) is mechanically connected to the valve body.

working principle:

The butterfly valve is driven by a motor to go to the actuator so that the disc can rotate freely within the range of 90° to achieve the purpose of opening and closing or adjusting the flow of the medium.
