Polypropylene sheet is made of polypropylene material, which has higher hardness and stronger acid and alkali resistance than polyethylene sheet, so it can be used as the main raw material for the production of acid and alkali resistance equipment. It can be found in various industrial pigments and high-strength acids and bases. The processed container has stable performance and good reliability. Polypropylene sheet has the advantages of impact resistance, corrosion resistance, high heat resistance, non-toxic and tasteless, smooth and beautiful surface, low density, light weight, no toxic gas during welding, and easy processing. Polypropylene sheet has low heat distortion temperature (100°C), low transparency, low gloss and low rigidity.

The impact strength of polypropylene sheet is higher, and as the ethylene content increases, the strength of polypropylene increases. Polypropylene sheet has high hardness and high melting point. The shrinkage of polypropylene sheets is quite high. Polypropylene sheet is a semi-crystalline material, and the shrinkage rate is generally 1.8~2.5%. The directional uniformity of shrinkage is much better than materials such as PE-HD.

Polypropylene sheet plastic gusset is made of polypropylene sheet, which is light in weight, simple in installation, waterproof and mothproof, and has many variations in appearance patterns and pictures. Pollution resistance, easy disassembly, outstanding sound insulation and heat insulation. Especially in the new technology, it can be extinguished without the fire, and it is safer to use. The disadvantage is that the service life is relatively short compared to ceiling panels made of metal materials.

Polypropylene can be produced by various processing methods such as injection molding, extrusion molding, thermoforming, rotational molding, and foaming. Since various processing methods have different requirements for the melting properties of polypropylene, injection molding grades, extrusion molding grades, fiber grades, and rotational molding grades are formed to meet different processing requirements. The sheet has the characteristics of light weight, uniform thickness, smooth surface, good heat resistance, high mechanical strength, good chemical stability, electrical insulation and non-toxicity.

Polypropylene PP board is chemically stable, not only can be corroded by concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, but also stable to other chemical reagents. However, low molecular weight aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons can soften polypropylene, and swelling properties and chemical stability also increase with increasing crystallinity. Therefore, it is suitable for the production of chemical pipelines and pipe fittings, and has good anti-corrosion effect.
