Hazards of exhaust gas
The exhaust gas generated by lithium batteries is harmful to the environment and operators. In particular, there are a large number of pollutants such as lead dust, lead smoke, acid mist and other pollutants in the production workplaces of lithium battery factories, which will pollute the air. For these harmful exhaust gases, exhaust gas treatment equipment must be used. It can be safely discharged after purification.
Combined process of waste gas treatment in lithium battery industry
According to the national environmental protection, the lithium battery industry exhaust emission standard implements the relevant regulations in the "Battery Industry Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB30484-2013), of which the NMHC emission concentration is ≤50 mg/m3, and the particulate matter emission concentration is ≤30 mg/m3.
According to the characteristics of the exhaust gas in the lithium battery industry, the exhaust gas treatment process in the production workshop of the lithium battery factory adopts the following combined treatment processes:

Comparison of exhaust gas treatment combined processes in lithium battery industry
The pretreatment of the waste gas treatment process in the lithium battery industry is mainly alkaline washing, water washing, and degreasing of the spray tower. Comparing the above three groups of lithium battery exhaust gas treatment combined treatment process, its characteristics are: the use of runner + catalytic combustion treatment method, its investment and operating costs are relatively high, but it has high removal efficiency, stable discharge port, It has the advantages of small footprint and simple operation and maintenance; for the activated carbon + catalytic combustion process, the investment cost and operating cost are relatively low, but there are also disadvantages such as the need for regular replacement of honeycomb activated carbon, unstable outlet concentration, and large equipment power distribution. ; For the activated carbon + condensation recovery process, the investment is relatively high, but the operating cost is low, and the power distribution of the equipment is small, but there are also unstable discharge concentrations at the outlet, the activated carbon needs to be replaced regularly, and the condensed organic matter can only be used as Waste liquid and other disadvantages, and additional supply of steam and cooling water is required.
