At present, the international treatment methods for industrial organic waste gas mainly include: physical method, chemical method, biological method, including adsorption, direct combustion, catalytic combustion, chemical oxidation, biological filter and other treatment methods. At this stage, my country's main treatment processes for organic waste gas include isolation method, combustion method, absorption method, condensation method, plasma low-temperature catalytic oxidation method, and adsorption method.

1. Waste gas treatment isolation method

Through the special filter material, the exhaust gas is replaced by the external discharge process, and the exhaust gas treatment effect is achieved through mechanical isolation.

Advantages: high efficiency in the treatment of misty gum smoke, no technical requirements, and simple operation.

Disadvantages: Can not effectively remove organic matter, high wind resistance.

2. Exhaust gas treatment and combustion method

The method of heating high temperature is used to directly burn the organic waste gas to achieve the purpose of waste gas purification.

Advantages: high purification efficiency, up to 95% or more.

Disadvantages: It requires a lot of heat, consumes a lot of energy, and is also prone to generate NOX at high temperatures and cause secondary pollution.

3. Waste gas treatment and absorption method

The absorption liquid and the exhaust gas are in contact with each other, so that the harmful substances in the exhaust gas are dissolved in the absorption liquid, so that the exhaust gas can be purified. The absorbing liquid will be treated separately. Scrubber System Design can be customized according to different needs. The exhaust gas treatment plan design needs to be provided by a professional exhaust gas treatment organization.

Advantages: small investment, low operating cost, simple operation.

Disadvantages: The treatment efficiency is low, unstable, and the purification efficiency is not high, about 50%. It is difficult to meet the relevant environmental protection requirements. It is suitable for low-concentration organic waste gas with secondary pollution.

4. Waste gas treatment condensation method

Through condensation and cooling, when the temperature is lower than the condensation point of harmful substances, gaseous harmful substances are converted into liquid, separated from the air, and thus purified.

Advantages: stable operation and high purification efficiency.

Disadvantages: large investment, high requirements on the environment and operators, excessive energy consumption, and high operating costs.

5. Plasma low-temperature catalytic oxidation method

Plasma is the fourth state of matter in addition to solid, liquid, and gas. It has electrical neutrality and high conductivity in a macroscopic scale. Plasma contains a large number of active electrons, ions, excited particles and photons. As a result of the collision of these active particles and gas molecules, a large number of strong oxidizing free radicals O, OH, HO2 and very oxidizing O3 are produced; organic molecules are collided by high-energy electrons, are excited and the atomic bonds are broken to form small fragment groups. Groups or atoms; O, OH, HO2, O3, etc. react with excited atoms, organic molecules, groups, free radicals, etc., and ultimately oxidatively degrade organic molecules into CO, CO2, and HO2.

Advantages: wide applicability, suitable for processing low-concentration (<1~1000ppm>), highly toxic and odorous harmful gases, which makes up for the gap that other technologies cannot handle. And the operation is simple.

Disadvantages: The low-temperature plasma technology alone still has its shortcomings when dealing with harmful gases. For example, it cannot completely convert harmful gases into harmless gases, and there are many by-products; and a large amount of ozone is produced under oxygen plasma; Higher energy consumption; lower removal efficiency, etc.

6. Activated carbon adsorption device adsorption method

Using porous activated carbon, silica bath soil, anthracite and other molecular-level large surface residual energy, organic gas molecules are adsorbed to the surface for purification.

Advantages: high treatment efficiency (activated carbon adsorption can reach more than 99%), wide application, simple operation, low investment cost, and relatively low operating cost.

Disadvantages: The wind pressure loss of the system is large, the saturation point of the adsorbent is difficult to grasp, and the adsorbent capacity is limited.

At present, the control technology of waste gas treatment needs to evaluate the technical equipment from the aspects of treatment effect, project investment, operating cost, degree of self-control, size of land area, and presence or absence of secondary pollution. Xicheng gas scrubber manufacturers provide wet scrubbers and exhaust gas filtration equipment manufacturing for Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, India and other countries.
