Acid mist waste gas treatment scrubber is an indispensable equipment in acid mist waste gas purification treatment. During the operation, processes such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and hydrochloric acid generate acid/alkaline gas. The exhaust gas enters the high-efficiency packed tower through the power of the induced draft fan, and the absorption liquid is evenly distributed on the nozzle at the upper end of the packed tower. The exhaust gas and the absorbing liquid fully contact the surface of the packing. Due to the high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, high hollowness and large surface of the packing, the contact area and reaction time between the exhaust gas and the absorbing liquid on the packing surface are long. The purified gas will be full of moisture, and the moisture will be removed by the mist removal device at the top of the tower, and it will be directly discharged into the atmosphere.


The working principle of the acid mist waste gas treatment scrubber is to separate the pollutants in the gas into harmless substances to achieve the purpose of purifying the gas. The packing in the tower is the basic component of the gas-liquid contact, which belongs to the micro-contact countercurrent type. The gas enters the outside of the tower, and the gas enters the packing layer. There are top spray liquid and front spray liquid on the packing layer, and a liquid film is formed on the packing layer. When the pores are in contact with the filler liquid film, it contacts with the filler liquid film for absorption or comprehensive reaction. The packing layer can provide a large enough surface area without causing too much resistance to the gas movement. The absorbed or neutralized gas is collected by the mist eliminator and discharged out of the tower through the air outlet. The wastewater in the reincarnation tank of the acid mist treatment tower is recycled after dosing, and the sediment is removed and transported on time.

The alkali washing tower is equipped with a two-layer packing layer and is equipped with a secondary filter device. Sodium hydroxide (hereinafter referred to as alkali) is added to the circulating pool to neutralize the acid mist in the exhaust gas. The secondary spray tower device fully meets the emission standards.

The two-layer packing layer is placed in the tower body and is equipped with a secondary high-pressure water bath device. After the secondary spray device is cleaned, the clean air is discharged through the water filter device.
